DWOD
Complete 7 rounds for time:

7 Deadlifts - 315 lbs
5 Lateral Burpees
1 Full Gasser

*Rest 45 seconds between rounds
*Obviously Scale as required---to include minimizing your rest if that's what your conditioning calls for.
