Public Service Announcement

Since I'm not sure how many of you guys are still reading/doing Pain Train, I'm going to start posting all of my workouts (with a Noob Alternative where appropriate).  What this means to you:  there will be more workouts posted--not just Monday, Wednesday, Friday...but they won't necessarily be posted on those days.  My recommendation is to follow the order of the workouts if not necessarily the day.  In other words, if I've posted 2 workouts since the last workout you did, then start with the first (oldest) workout you missed and moved forward.  This way you will get the intent of the programming and you won't end up doing deadlift three workouts in a row.
