110705: 10,000 lbs

Noob DWOD
Lift 10,000 lbs as fast as possible using only one rep of the following:

1 Squat
1 Press
1 Deadlift

*You can use any weight on the lifts and it can be done in any amount of rounds. You can only do one rep at a time and must cycle through all three lifts to complete one round.

*The goal is to lift 10,000 lbs as fast as possible.

Post loads, rounds and times to comments.

NOTE: Please scale as appropriate. Shoot for 7,500 or even 5,000 lbs. Don't be scared of the single reps, the weight your going to use probably isn't that far off of your current weight for sets of 5.

Complete 8 rounds for time:

3 Power Cleans @ 75% of 1 RM Power Clean
Sprint 40 yards
