110629: Hiatus

Dudes, I know I've let this slide for a couple of weeks. This was for a couple of reasons: 1) I was out of town and 2) most of us were prepping for the TM.

Suffice it to say, we'll start ratcheting the intensity back up over the next couple of weeks.

PT WOD:

One Minute On...One Minute Off...for 10 minutes.

25 KB Swings - 2 pood

*You have 1 minute to get 25 KB swings. If you do not get 25 KB Swings in 1 minute, count a penalty.
*Perform this workout one minute on and one minute off. Total time is 10 minutes.
*For any penalty counted, perform a 1000 meter row.
Total Time 14:13 (one penalty = 1000m row = 4:13)
