INSANITY MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT!!!!!

45 min plyo/strength circuit.

Yes, I did a freaking exercise video.  The gym was closed and this mofo was hard.  Decent sub when you can't get to the gym.  Let me repeat that: it is decent when you can't get to the gym.  This isn't a sub for lifting heavy weights.  On the plus side, it's a nice little prep for the Mudder.
