Part of the CF methodology is training for that which you do not know and that which cannot be known. The WOD for today will be pulled from a hopper of 20 WODs at the time of the workout.

For time:
300 Pull-ups
400 Push-ups
500 Sit -ups
600 Squats
Break up into teams and work together to hit totals.
For teams of two we adjusted totals to
200 Pull-ups
300 Push-ups
400 Sit -ups
500 Squats
If you are doing this on your own, I recommend doing half of what we did w/ teams of two. Remember that you can scale the workouts as needed. (e.g. jumping or band pull-ups may be subbed for pull-ups).
